ELIGIBILITY:
All legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older by January 6, 2013.

PRIZE:
Four winners will receive a 1 year subscription to Philadelphia Magazine provided by PG Commercial Real Estate. Restrictions apply. The prize does not hold monetary value with PG Commercial Real Estate nor may it be exchanged or transferred for another prize of equal or lesser value.

TERM:
The Contest will run through January 6, 2013, with the random drawing taking place on January 7, 2013.

ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST:
Entering the contest is online only at: http://www.pgofficespace.com.  One entry per person.

SELECTION OF WINNER:
Winners will be selected in an electronically randomized manner on the afternoon of January 7, 2012 based on those that entered the contest.  The winner will be notified at the day of the drawing via email and will need to provide a complete mailing address to receive the subscription to Philadelphia Magazine.  Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as “undeliverable” will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

NOTIFICATION:
Prize winners will be notified by e-mail sent to the e-mail address submitted with their entry form. PG Commercial Real Estate is under no obligation to notify winners by any means other than e-mail.

REDEMPTION:

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed. By entering the Philadelphia Magazine Giveaway, you agree to release and hold PG Commercial Real Estate and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with this giveaway. This giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of PG Commercial Real Estate and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Philadelphia Magazine Giveaway or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Philadelphia Magazine Giveaways, including, but not limited to, selecting winner, will be made by PG Commercial Real Estate whose decisions shall be final. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

PRIZE WINNERS LIST:
For a list showing the prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope, accompanied by a hand-printed request indicating “Winner’s List”, to PG Commercial Real Estate, Inc. P.O. Box 276,  1012 Bethlehem Pike, Suite E, Springhouse, PA 19477. All requests must be received by January 31, 2013.
