plus years of experience in the sale and leasing of Office and Industrial

employing as few as 3 to over 4,000 people. Transaction experience includes
assignments for offices as small as 800 S.F. (representing the building
owner) to transactions for a company with an office space requirement
for 50,000 square feet. A recent Tenant/Buyer representation assignment
resulted in the acquisition and redevelopment of a 90,000+/- S.F. building. After completing the curriculum requirements and the extensive transaction requirements, in May 1994, Peggy received her CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute in Chicago.
