My Philosophy is:

• I am committed to the team concept with other outside vendors to provide the right solutions for my clients when necessary.

Philosophy Results

An example of the results of good team work and adding value is the J&B Software, Inc., 510 Township Line Road project. Around September 1997 J&B Software, Inc. hired me as their tenant/buyer representative in its search to add or relocate offices. The search began right away. But, it was important for this high tech company to add an architectural firm to the team and to eventually add a construction company to the team. I did provide them with the names of firms from which they selected Lynch Martinez Architects and Kilduff Construction. The decision process led them to purchase a site for redevelopment to an office building. By March of 1999 they closed on the property. By the end of September 1999 J&B Software, Inc. had relocated to its new office building.
