  to 66,000+ square foot 510 Township Line Road, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Purchased 90,000 S.F. industrial building and redeveloped it as a new 90,000 Class A S.F. office building.

• Aurora Instruments, Inc. relocated from 1777 Walton Road in Blue Bell
  to 7,000 S.F. of offices in 124 South Maple Street in Ambler, Pennsylvania. First high tech company to move to Ambler.

• Fernhill Press purchased a 36,000 S.F. building on
  6 acres at 1901 North Penn Road, Hatfield, Pennsylvania.
  Relocated from an 8,700 S.F. building in Oreland, Pennsylvania

• Henkels & McCoy, Inc. headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania sold three buildings
